That is why I have an amazing professional hair and makeup artist that I work with – to make the accessibility and scheduling easy and effortless.

MEET MAKENZIE!

I’ve been working with Makenzie for over 4 years. She comes to the studio before your session for a convenient and exceptional experience.

She provides a full yet natural face of makeup, including air brushing & false lashes, and includes complimentary hair styling.

– complimentary hair styling (typically a soft curl with side twist or braid)
– Makenzie comes to the studio before your in-studio session for a convenient and exceptional experience (for non in-studio sessions, you go to her studio in Waynesville)

It’s so easy! If you just let me know you would like to book Makenzie upon booking your session – I will coordinate with Makenzie to give you available dates for your session. 

Please note: if your date has already been scheduled before informing me you’d like makeup & hair, please email asap so I can see if she is available. 

Makenzie is used to doing more natural looks for my clients – she is able of going as natural or glam as you like!

Some moms think they don’t want professional makeup – mostly because they like a more natural look. However, not only is it so nice not having to worry about your makeup and hair before a session – having professional makeup really brings out the features, especially your eyes. Many of returning clients who try it wish they would have done it for past sessions.

That’s okay! Makenzie offers hair styling as a complimentary service to my clients. She typically does a soft curl with a side twist or side braid. Soft curls add a gorgeous body to your hair and a side twist is a beautiful displayed way to help keep your hair from falling in your face.
